We present a selection of artworks in limited edition print, Screen printing, Serigraphy, Risographie, original artwork, ….

Article 2. Validity, adoption and application of the General terms & conditions
2.1 This agreement describes the general terms and conditions applicable to the representation of the buyers on the .
2.2 These general terms and conditions apply to all users of the website, irrespective of whether such user is a member, or just browsing. If you don’t agree to these terms, you are not permitted to access or use our services.
2.3 The personal data collected on the site is only used for order management purposes and for sending commercial information issued by the Illustrafemmes. No personal information is sold to third parties.
2.4 This entire site is covered by French and international legislation on copyright and intellectual property. All reproduction or representation whether for texts or images is forbidden.
2.5 The Illustrafemmes reserves the right to modify or correct the content of its site at any time and without notice.
Article 3. Price
3.1 All prices shown on the website are in Euro (€). The price of shipping is not included.
3.2 In addition to shipping charges, for the shipment out of metropolitan France and European-Union, the client will be responsible for paying international customs duties and taxes in the country the artwork is being shipped to.
3.3 Illustrafemmes reserves the right to modify its price at any time.
Article 4. Order
4.1 The fact of placing an order implies full and unconditional acceptance of these general conditions of sale by the purchaser.
4.2 By confirming your purchase at the end of the checkout process, you agree to accept and pay for the item or items ordered.
4.3 We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order for any reason, including limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies, or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified through our efforts to avoid fraud and/or account abuse.
4.4 If your order is cancelled after your credit card (or other payment accounts) has been charged, we will issue a credit to your credit card (or other applicable payment accounts) in the amount of the charge.
Article 5. Payment
5.1 Illustrafemmes accepts online payment by credit card: MasterCard, Visa and Paypal.
5.2 Illustrafemmes reserves the right to suspend any order management and any delivery in case of refusal of payment.
Article 6. Delivery
6.1 Illustrafemmes cannot be held responsible for delivery delays because of errors or disruptions due to transporters, strikes, lockdown, … This delay does not give you the right to cancel the order, to refuse it or to claim damages.
6.2 If you receive a visibly damaged or open package, Illustrafemmes will send you the new package, free of charge in a condition of refusing the package to the postal service of your country. Please note, you should send us an email with the image of the damaged package and prof for demanding the new package.
Article 7. Right of withdrawal
7.1 You have the right to cancel your order within 14 working days. This 14-day “cooling off” period begins on the day when you receive your purchase. You can cancel this order for any reason and without penalty. You will have to pay the postage costs of shipping back to Illustrafemmes.
7.2 You must return the purchase in the original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse the package which is damaged or is not in a good condition.
7.3 After receiving the return package, Illustrafemmes will refund you within a maximum delay of 30 days.
Article 8. Applicable law and competent court
All Purchasers outside and inside FRANCE accept that any disputes arising from the implementation or interpretation of these GTCS, and more generally from access to free or paid Services shall be subject to French law and the jurisdiction of the Toulouse courts.
